Our Highland Homes range builds on our popular Cottage Homes by providing greater design flexibility and a more modern approach, whilst maintaining the features required of a rural setting.

Flexibility is demonstrated in the differing sizes, forms and styles which the Highland Homes provide. A recurring feature of the Highland Homes range is the modern concept of open plan living. This is not only a convenient and sociable way of living, particularly for those who enjoy family gatherings and throwing parties, but also saves space. Otherwise, the designs mostly include windows with a vertical emphasis and steep pitched roofs, a requirement of many planning departments when building in the countryside.

There are numerous Optional Design Features available to customise your Norscot Kit Home. These customisable options can really make an impact on the character and style of your home, items such as feature glazing, peaks, porches or vaulted ceilings really aid in personalising and giving character to your design.
